The Private Security industry nation-wide has problems. Major problems. Security Guards are poorly trained and poorly paid. Turnover for guards is high. Companies do not invest in people and process. The number of ill-equiped and barely vetted security providers is astronomically high. We view all of these problems as a tremendous opportunity; an opportunity to differentiate a company that raises the bar.
